The problem with compliance consulting
You need SOC 2 because a customer asked. Or CMMC because you're bidding on a DoD contract. Or your cyber insurance carrier wants evidence of controls. Whatever it is, you need it done.
So you call a consulting firm. They want a "discovery call" to "understand your needs." Then a proposal, which takes a week. Then a kickoff meeting. Then weekly status calls. Then the bill comes in 2x what they quoted because "scope expanded."
Six weeks later, you're still waiting for deliverables. The deal that needed SOC 2 closed without you. The insurance deadline passed. The contract went to someone else.
We got tired of watching this happen.

Discovery calls waste your time and ours. We gather info async, ask questions via email, and only get on a call if it actually helps.

You came to us because something is due. We treat your deadline like it matters—because to you, it does.
Say what we mean
No consultant-speak. No inflated promises. If we can't help, we'll tell you. If something is your fault, we'll say so (politely).
Who we are
We're a small team of compliance practitioners. Before this, we worked at Big Four firms, security startups, and in-house at tech companies. We've been on both sides—doing the consulting and buying it.
We know what it takes to get compliance work done right. We also know how much of the traditional consulting process is padding and overhead that doesn't help you.
So we cut it out. No business development calls. No account managers. No junior staff doing the work while partners bill for it. Just experienced people doing the work and getting it to you fast.
We're based in Wyoming (yes, really). We work remotely with clients everywhere. Time zones don't matter when everything is async.

Who we work with
Most of our clients are tech companies between 20 and 500 people. SaaS companies, fintech startups, B2B platforms. Companies where compliance is a means to an end— closing deals, keeping customers, meeting requirements—not a core competency.
If you're bigger than 500 people, have multi-entity structures, or need ongoing managed compliance services, we're probably not the right fit. We'll tell you honestly and point you somewhere else.
