Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Voss Intelligence LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide compliance consulting services including but not limited to security questionnaire completion, cyber insurance evidence gathering, and compliance readiness assessments. The specific deliverables for each engagement are described on our website and confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed on our website and are fixed for the scope described. We accept payment via ACH transfer only. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Work begins when payment is confirmed.

Prices may change over time, but once you have paid for an engagement, the price is locked regardless of subsequent changes.

3. Delivery Timeline

We commit to delivering work within 10 business days (or less for certain services, as specified). The clock starts when:

• We confirm receipt of your completed intake form
• We have all necessary documentation
• Payment has been confirmed

If we fail to deliver within the stated timeline, you are entitled to a full refund.

4. Refunds

10-Day Guarantee: If we do not deliver within the stated timeline, you receive a full refund.

Quality Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will either revise the work or provide a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in intake forms
• Respond to our questions within 2 business days
• Provide necessary documentation and access as requested
• Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner

Delays caused by failure to meet these responsibilities may extend delivery timelines without triggering the refund guarantee.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Upon request, we will sign a mutual NDA before beginning any engagement.

7. Intellectual Property

All deliverables created for you become your property upon full payment. We retain the right to use generic methodologies and frameworks in work for other clients.

We may use your company name in our client list unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are advisory in nature. We provide information and documentation to help you achieve compliance goals, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome (such as passing an audit, obtaining insurance, or winning a contract).

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Disclaimer

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. We are not a CPA firm and do not perform audits. Our services are compliance consulting, not legal or audit services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to engagements initiated after the change date. We will post the updated Terms on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
